Great pads for my 7 year old who is just starting out rollerblading. They are not the highest quality, the most notable difference from some higher end skate pads that we also own is that the hand guards have plastic rather than metal pieces but for a kid that is taking some minor falls they are great. They are not bulky at all and she loves the colour options. The size chart was very helpful, also I found some other reviews about the age of kids and what size worked for them. My 7 year old is quite average size and wears a medium/8 in clothes and the medium pads are a perfect fit. | |

Unfortunately they not strong enough, the top from knees which mean to protect knees fell off after few uses( kids at beginning fall a lot), impossible to fix. | |

They fell apart after 2 uses...very disappointed. The plastic pad came off the fabric and the velcro also ripped off. We have had other skate pads that have lasted 1 year plus before seeing wear. These lasted 2 uses. | |

These are good for the price, but tend to pinch and are a bit awkward so can make it a bit difficult to skate. | |

My boys got these protection pads for Christmas and they’ve had them on 4 times and the plastic cover on the knee pads has come off 2 of the pads. Disappointed. | |

These pads are excellent. Great price, great fit. My only issue is day 2, the velcro flap on the top of his right wrist pad came off. A quick sewing job from me and he was back at it, but they could be reinforced at weak velcro points a little better. | |
